Yeul waited for him to come by her side, where she was immediately dwarfed by his sheer size. A part of her thought that he might have come from Taejin, considering the warriors there always seemed so bold, so large in stature in comparison to the rest of the people in the surrounding area. That is when she remembered, that she did not formally ask for him name yet and she realized this a little too late. She could not admit to this embarrassment, so she would need to figure out a way to find that out without embarrassingly asking him the question.

Yeul was settled in positioning herself close to the edge of the balcony, using a small stone to step up so that she was easily viewable by the masses. Yeul raised her hands up and out to get the attention of the people, the masses stopped their activities to watch her when she did this. It was strange, she had so much power that she did not even need a verbal command to call upon her great city to give her their attention. Of all the tribes on Pulse, Yeul was the most well-known and well-loved as she constantly ruled the same way.

"People of Paddra, Nero of Fierce Spirit has perished by the hand of Caius of the Outlands. I acknowledge him as the successor to the title of Guardian. We shall perform the Eternal Rite of Etro tomorrow. I, now, give you my new guardian." Yeul did not step down, but she tapped the large stone ledge for him to come to, gesturing for him to speak, to gloat of his victory. Yeul spoke gently, quietly to him.

"They will wish to hear of your victory."
